By Road
From the A3 - Exit the A3 at the Milford A283 turn off and head towards Milford. Continue across the first set of traffic lights (Petrol Station on the right). At the next set of traffic lights bear left, signposted Petworth A283. When you get to the roundabout take the 2nd exit, signposted Petworth A283. Continue on the Petworth Road for approx 8miles. When you drive into Northchapel you will notice that on the right hand side there is a red tractor parked outside the Half Moon pub, this has been there for years so it ‘s unlikely to move in the near future. As you pass the pub start to indicate left Luffs meadow is the next left on the bend. You will find Sunseeker Campervans halfway down the road on the left. You can leave your vehicle during the hire of our campervan at our premises.
From London by Train
Catch the Portsmouth bound train from Waterloo to Haslemere train station. There is a taxi rank at the entrance to the station, which you can take a taxi to our premises. The taxi ride is about 10minutes.
Transfers
Available on request (see booking form).
Collection (Pick-up)
Vehicles must be collected from our Northchapel hire depot between 9.00am and 4:30pm Friday to Monday, collections can be made on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by special agreement only. Sunseeker Campervan Hire is closed on Christmas and Boxing Day. We can arrange transfers for overseas visitors to be collected from London Heathrow Airport or Gatwick. Customers flying into Britain on a flight of more than 12 hours duration are advised to arrange to stay in overnight accommodation to recover from the flight.
Documents Required
a) All drivers must come into the office to complete insurance
forms
b) All drivers must bring their home drivers license (international
drivers permits are only valid when supported by your home license)
c) One hirer must bring a credit card as security on
the vehicle to cover the insurance excess of £750.
Under no circumstances will we be able to let a person drive if the above are not compiled with.
Return of Vehicles (Drop-off)
All vehicles must be returned to our Northchapel hire
depot at the time and date agreed. This must be between 9.00am and 4.30pm Friday to Monday, returns can be made on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by special agreement only. Sunseeker Campervan Hire is closed on Christmas and Boxing
Day.
Ferry reservations
Sunseekers are agents for all the major ferry companies out of the UK. Please ask at time of collection for details.
No surcharge guarantee
If you wish to pay the full amount at time of booking and full payment has been received by Sunseeker Campervan Hire, we guarantee not to surcharge you for any rate increase that may occur.
